Nayahmka McGriff-Lee

Nayahmka McGriff-Lee is a highly effective cross-matrix and team leader, known for marketing strategy, launch excellence and key opinion leader development, with a breadth of experience across commercial functions, medical affairs, primary care, specialty and rare diseases. She is currently Vice President of Global Product Strategy at Passage Bio. Nayahmka was previously at GSK for 17 years in multiple roles including US and Global New Product Planning. Nayahmka enjoys bringing together the best ideas from various perspectives to maximize opportunities. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree with honors from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In her spare time Nayahmka enjoys spending time with her family and friends to support the kids’ extracurricular activities, explore new restaurants and travel.
