Parvez Hakim

Parvez is a life science professional, focusing on biotechnology and biopharmaceuticals - from drug discovery to commercialization. He is currently in Novartis as an Executive Director in Strategy & Growth, as a Therapy Strategy Lead in Cardiovascular-Renal-Metabolism. Former strategy consultant from EY-Parthenon, Navigant Consulting, and Adelphi Real World. He focuses on collaborating across various stakeholders and delivering results using a ‘first principles’ approach, leveraging scientific, commercial and operational expertise. Academically, Parvez completed a Ph.D. in Cardiovascular Electrophysiology in the University of Cambridge and a B.Sc. degree in Medical Biochemistry at King's College London. In his spare time, he thoroughly enjoys playing the chef, chauffeur, entertainer and mediator to his wife and 2 kids.
