Thunicia has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, primarily as a Consultant, working on projects spanning the product lifecycle, with a focus on new product strategy. This encompasses disease area analysis, indication prioritization, market opportunity assessments, competitive analysis, TPP development, trial design input, & cross-functional launch strategy and planning. Her expertise includes rare diseases, inflammation, & respiratory. Her last role was Asset Strategy Lead, & she is now expanding her skills in Alliance Management & Strategic Partnerships. Thunicia holds a BScHons (Biochemistry) from the University of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa & a PhD (Molecular Pharmacology) from the NHLI, Imperial College, London. In the remaining free time that’s not revolving around good food, she loves spending time with animals, reading, & solving jigsaw puzzles.
